Agentforce World Tour Dubai 2026

Agentforce World Tour Dubai is Salesforce's one-day regional stop of its World Tour, bringing the products launched at Dreamforce to customers, partners and prospects in the UAE. The day is built around the idea of the agentic enterprise, where AI agents work alongside employees across sales, service and marketing, and mixes keynotes with product demos, expert sessions and hands-on learning.

What's covered

Sessions focus on how companies put AI agents, unified customer data and collaboration tools to work, with customer stories from global brands and industry tracks for the sectors that drive Dubai's economy.

Campground and hands-on learning

The Campground is the event's expo and learning floor. Attendees can build a first AI agent with Salesforce experts, see live product demos, book consultations and meet partners from the Salesforce ecosystem.

Programme of the day

Registration opens at 8:00 am, followed by morning sessions and demos, the main keynote from 10:00 to 11:30 am, lunch, afternoon sessions and workshops, a networking reception in the Campground, and a closing keynote with an awards ceremony from 4:30 to 6:00 pm.
