• "Ticket": A paid right to attend an Event, subject to the Event organizer's terms.

Users may browse Events without registering. To purchase Tickets or access certain features, registration with accurate and complete information is required.

When you purchase a Ticket through our platform, you agree to pay all fees and taxes associated with the Ticket. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor, and your use of their service is subject to their terms and privacy policy.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to each Event organizer's policy. atndr, Inc. is not responsible for refunding Tickets unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Users agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and icons, is the property of atndr, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. atndr, Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
