AI and Business Innovation Summit 2027

The AI and Business Innovation Summit, now in its seventh year, is run by Economist Enterprise, part of The Economist Group. It focuses on how companies move AI from pilots to scaled, commercially valuable use, and what that means for operating models, data foundations and the workforce.

The summit is split into two days that can be booked separately or together.

• 11 March: AI in Business, the main conference

Themes

Sessions, panels and roundtables look at scaling AI pilots into commercial value, redesigning operating models around AI, strengthening data foundations, and balancing human judgement with automation at work.

Who attends

Senior leaders in strategy, technology, operations, data and transformation. The 2026 edition drew 550 attendees from 407 companies across 21 industries and 39 countries, with 61% at director level or above, and featured 80 speakers across 20 sessions.
