Care Show Birmingham 2027

Care Show Birmingham is the UK's largest annual gathering for the social care sector, run by CloserStill Media in Hall 3 of the NEC. Care providers, registered managers and sector leaders spend two days on policy, regulation and day-to-day operational challenges, and meet the suppliers whose products and services help them run care organisations. It is co-located with the Retirement Living Show.

Who attends

The show is built for social care decision-makers: owners and managers of care homes and homecare services, registered managers, commissioners and public sector staff. Complimentary passes are reserved for healthcare, allied healthcare, NHS, social care and public sector workers; commercial companies buy a paid pass, and every registration is vetted.

A conference programme of solution-focused sessions, debates and panel discussions runs alongside the exhibition, with themed features, lounges for different areas of care and a business clinic.

Key figures

The organiser describes the show as bringing together more than 300 suppliers, over 4,500 care professionals and more than 200 expert speakers. It won Best UK Tradeshow (4,001–8,000 sqm) at the AEO Excellence Awards 2023, the EN Awards 2023 and the EN Marketing Awards 2024.
