About this event

Executive Hire Show is the UK trade event for the tool and equipment hire sector, run by Hemming Group. The 2027 show is its 20th edition and brings hire company owners, managers and fleet buyers together with suppliers of tools, compact plant and equipment for two days at the Coventry Building Society Arena.

Who attends

Visitors are owners and managers of single and multi-depot independent hire businesses, plus category buyers and key-account leads from the UK's largest national hire fleets. Registrations are checked so the floor stays trade-only, and the organiser says 65% of visitors hold the budget.

What's new for 2027

For the anniversary show the organiser is adding a dedicated area for first-time exhibitors and new products, more live kit to try across both days and pre-booked meetings between buyers and suppliers.

Visiting

Entry is free for trade visitors and includes free parking and a complimentary early-bird breakfast before noon. Companies can bring a team; each person registers for their own badge.
