MAPIC 2026

MAPIC is the international retail leasing hub, the two-day market where retailers, restaurant chains and leisure operators meet developers, landlords, investors and brokers to find new locations. It combines an exhibition, conferences, pitching sessions and structured networking in Cannes.

Focus for 2026

The organiser highlights three themes for this edition.

• Cross-border retailers and fast-growing brands from Asia and the Americas, with a closed-door networking event
• High street: a new initiative bringing local players and smaller brokers to the fore
• Retail parks: a dedicated summit for retailers and developers
• Geo-focused conference sessions on LATAM, India, the Middle East and South Africa

Participants get access to an online database to identify and contact companies before, during and after the show, and non-retail participants can use the Dealmaker networking solution to meet retailers and property players.
