Medical Technology Ireland 2027

Medical Technology Ireland is an expo and conference for medical device design and manufacturing, held at Galway Racecourse in the west of Ireland. The organiser describes it as Europe's second-largest medical device design and manufacturing show, with free entry to both the exhibition and the conference.

Who attends

Engineers, R&D, quality, regulatory, operations and procurement teams from medical device OEMs and contract manufacturers, alongside suppliers of materials, components, machinery, packaging, testing and services.

Exhibition and conference

The exhibition floor runs alongside a free conference programme, and the organiser offers CPD accreditation for attendees. Sister events run as Medical Technology UK at Newmarket Racecourse (10-11 March 2027) and Medical Technology Germany in Ulm (6-7 October 2027).

Getting there

Galway Racecourse is just off the M6 motorway with more than 2,000 free parking spaces. It is about 40 minutes from Shannon Airport and two hours from Dublin Airport.
