SATTE 2027

SATTE is India's longest-running travel and tourism trade exhibition, organised by Informa Markets for more than three decades. It gives international and Indian tourism boards, hotel groups, airlines, cruise lines and travel technology firms three days of business meetings with the country's tour operators, travel agents and corporate travel buyers, at a time when India is one of the fastest-growing outbound travel markets in the world.

Who attends

The show is for the travel trade rather than the public. Its visitor profile is built around professionals who package and buy travel.

• Tour operators and travel agents
• Wedding planners
• Corporate travel decision makers
• Investors in hospitality, leisure and travel
• Location planners from television and film production houses

What happens at the show

Exhibitors range from national and state tourism boards to hospitality chains, start-ups and technology providers. Alongside the stands, SATTE runs knowledge forums and destination briefings, a conference programme, the SATTE Awards, a start-up zone and hosted-buyer schemes including the Infinity Club and an international buyer programme.

Key figures

The organiser reports more than 1,500 exhibitors and over 45,000 visits for the 2026 edition, with participation from about 50 countries and 28 Indian state tourism boards. An economic impact report prepared with EY estimated that SATTE 2026 generated about ₹193 crore in economic impact.
