SEMICON Japan 2026

SEMICON Japan is SEMI's annual exhibition for the semiconductor manufacturing supply chain in Japan, bringing chipmakers, equipment and materials suppliers and the wider electronics ecosystem to Tokyo Big Sight. The 2026 edition combines an exhibition of the latest manufacturing technologies, processes and applications with keynote programmes and three concurrent summits.

Exhibition

The show floor covers semiconductor manufacturing equipment, materials, processes and applications, from front-end fabrication to back-end packaging and test, and entry to the exhibition is free.

Keynotes and summits

The SuperTHEATER and keynote stages feature senior industry executives, and three concurrent summits dig into specific parts of the chip value chain.
