About this event

The Meetings Show is the UK's trade event for the meetings, incentives, conferences and events industry. Over two days at ExCeL London it brings hundreds of hosted buyers and thousands of visitor buyers together with venues, hotels, destinations, DMCs and event suppliers, alongside an education programme for event professionals.

What's on

Event planners use the show to source venues and suppliers and to keep up with the industry. It combines a show floor of venues, hotels, destinations and DMCs with stage sessions on trends, sustainability and the future of events, plus networking activities and a pre-scheduled appointment system for hosted buyers.

Sustainability focus

Northstar's events team also runs on-demand sustainable events courses, from an introduction to core principles such as travel, catering and production to an advanced course. At the 2026 show, the organiser asked event professionals to imagine the industry in 2036 and published the results as a report on the shifts shaping the next decade.
