TTG Black Book 2026

Black Book is TTG Media's new luxury travel trade show, launching in October 2026 at the Business Design Centre in London. Over two days it brings carefully vetted travel advisors from the UK and Ireland together with luxury hotel, cruise, destination and aviation brands for pre-planned one-to-one appointments, morning conference content and networking.

How it works

Delegates review attendee profiles on a meetings platform and choose who they want to see, building their own 'black book' of appointments across the two days. Each advisor can have up to 35 meetings, with morning conference streams designed for luxury travel designers.

Programme

Both days follow the same rhythm, with the Top 20 Luxury Travel Agencies awards on the first evening.

Who takes part

Advisor places are limited to around 150 vetted luxury travel advisors, who are hosted by the event; more than 100 luxury brands exhibit. A Hotel Host Programme puts London's luxury hotels in the spotlight, with partners including Conrad London St. James, London Hilton on Park Lane, Corinthia London, The London EDITION and Four Seasons.
