The short answer

Turkey's main manufacturing trade fairs in 2026–27 are sector shows in Istanbul: ANKIROS for iron, steel and foundry (22–24 October 2026), Plast Eurasia for plastics (2–5 December), Automechanika Istanbul (24–27 March 2027), WIN EURASIA for automation (2–5 June) and ALUEXPO (23–25 September). Most are at Istanbul Expo Center or TÜYAP. Many are free with online registration; TÜYAP's large shows sell tickets, such as TRY 750 for Plast Eurasia.

Key takeaways

  • Istanbul hosts almost all of Turkey's major industrial fairs, split between Istanbul Expo Center in Yeşilköy and the TÜYAP Fair Convention and Congress Center in Büyükçekmece.
  • Shows are sector-specific: choose by supply chain, such as ANKIROS for metals, Plast Eurasia for plastics, WIN EURASIA for automation or Turkchem for chemicals.
  • October to December 2026 and November 2027 are the busiest stretches, with clusters of co-located chemical, polymer and coating shows.
  • Entry rules differ: WIN EURASIA and ANKIROS are free with online registration, while Plast Eurasia costs TRY 750 and WoodTech TRY 500 in advance.
  • Bursa, Konya and Izmir run their own machinery and processing fairs, such as MEX in Bursa and MAKTEK in Konya.

Tube Eurasia & wire Eurasia (7–10 April 2027, TÜYAP) covers pipe, profile, wire and cable with Messe Düsseldorf. For sheet metal, SMTECH Eurasia (9–12 November 2027, TÜYAP) and Bursa's MEX (25–28 November 2026) cover laser cutting, press brakes and automation; MAKTEK Konya (20–23 October 2027) serves Anatolia's machine-tool buyers. The 10th Istanbul Hardware Fair (18–21 November 2026) had 375 exhibitors and 28,915 professional visitors in 2025.

Plastics, polymers and composites

Plast Eurasia Istanbul 2026 (2–5 December, TÜYAP) is the 35th edition of TÜYAP and PAGEV's plastics fair; the 2025 show reported 1,503 exhibitors and 76,430 visitors. Pack Plast Fair Türkiye in Izmir shares its dates. Polymer specialists have three autumn clusters: TURKCOMPOSITE (21–23 October 2026); Foam Eurasia and PU Expo Istanbul (11–13 November 2026); and Eurasian Composites Show, Putech Eurasia and Adhesive & Bonding Eurasia (24–26 November 2027).

Automation, machinery and production technology

Where are Turkey's industrial trade fairs held?

Two Istanbul venues host most of the calendar: Istanbul Expo Center in Yeşilköy and TÜYAP in Büyükçekmece. They are separate sites in different districts, so check the venue before you book a hotel.

Venue Area Fairs in this guide
Istanbul Expo Center (İFM) Yeşilköy, Bakırköy, next to Atatürk Airport ANKIROS, ALUEXPO, WIN EURASIA, Turkchem, ChemEx, composites, PU and coatings shows, Hardware Fair, Expo 3D
TÜYAP Fair Convention and Congress Center Büyükçekmece, western Istanbul Plast Eurasia, WoodTech, Automechanika, Tube & wire Eurasia, SMTECH, ZUCHEX

Organisers often run free shuttles. ANKIROS lists shuttles from Taksim Square to Istanbul Expo Center and from the venue to Istanbul Airport, and Automechanika runs buses from Taksim to TÜYAP and back to Taksim and the airport. Automechanika's organiser warns that taxis waiting at TÜYAP's main entrance often charge above official rates.

What does it cost to visit, and how do you register?

Many Turkish industrial fairs are free for trade visitors who register online; the large TÜYAP shows usually sell an e-ticket. Students and academics often enter free with ID, and under-16s are commonly refused.

Fair Entry for trade visitors
WIN EURASIA 2027 Free with online registration
ANKIROS 2026 Online pre-registration; collect the badge at the pre-registration desk
TURKCOMPOSITE, Maden-Tek Free visitor registration
Plast Eurasia 2026 TRY 750 online, valid all four days; free for students and teachers with ID; no visitors under 16
WoodTech Istanbul 2026 TRY 500 online before the fair, TRY 750 during it; free with an exhibitor invitation code
MEX 2026 Online registration for a QR-code ticket, or register at the entrance

Register before you travel. Your badge is ready on arrival, and several shows (Plast Eurasia, WIN EURASIA and ZUCHEX among them) run hosted-buyer programmes for international buyers that need an application in advance.

How should you choose a manufacturing fair in Turkey?

Start with your product, then use these filters.

  1. Pick the specialist show over the general one. A die-caster gets more from ANKIROS or ALUEXPO than from a general machinery fair; a compounder gets more from Plast Eurasia.
  2. Check the co-located shows. Artkim and CNG group related fairs on the same dates, so one visit can cover composites, polyurethane, adhesives and foam, or coatings and surface treatment.
  3. Look at the visitor mix. ANKIROS reported 4,306 foreign visitors from 81 countries in 2024; regional fairs in Bursa, Konya and Izmir draw mainly Turkish buyers and are better for finding local suppliers.
  4. Use the hosted-buyer and B2B programmes. WIN EURASIA had more than 250 VIP buyers in 2026, and MEX runs one-to-one business meetings.
  5. Plan the venue logistics. Yeşilköy and Büyükçekmece are different districts, so stay near the venue of your main fair and use the organisers' shuttles where they run.
