About This Event

AIA Conference on Architecture & Design 2027 (AIA27) is a Realstate & Construction event taking place 19-22 May 2027 at Pennsylvania Convention Center, Philadelphia, United States.

The AIA Conference on Architecture & Design is the American Institute of Architects' annual gathering for the architecture and design community. AIA27 heads to Philadelphia for four days of immersive learning, keynotes, architect-led tours, networking and what the AIA calls the industry's largest expo.

Education

Sessions are selected mainly through a peer-reviewed Call for Proposals and focus on emerging trends in the AEC industry. At AIA26, attendees could choose from 350+ CE sessions earning HSW, GBCI, RIBA and AIA LU credits.

AIA27 Expo

The expo runs May 20–21 and connects building product manufacturers and service providers with architects, engineers, contractors and specifiers. Booth sales and sponsorships are open; the AIA says 91% of conference attendees visit the expo floor.

Tours and networking

The conference is known for architect-led tours of the host city's landmarks and a packed calendar of events and parties; AIA26 offered 80+ tours and nearly 100 networking events.
