AISTech 2027

AISTech, the Iron & Steel Technology Conference and Exposition, is the annual meeting of the North American steel industry, organised by the Association for Iron & Steel Technology (AIST). It combines a large technology conference, with programmes developed by AIST's technology committees of steel producers, suppliers and academics, with the Iron & Steel Exposition, where equipment and service suppliers show their latest solutions. The 2027 edition comes to the Music City Center in Nashville.

Technology conference

The organizer plans more than 100 technical sessions and over 500 individual presentations covering the full steelmaking process, with keynote speakers and published conference proceedings.

Iron & Steel Exposition

The exhibition floor is where companies large and small present the technology, equipment and services behind steel production and meet producers' engineering, operations and purchasing teams.

Who attends

AIST says AISTech welcomes more than 8,000 industry professionals from over 40 countries each year: steel producers, suppliers, academia and students, from newcomers to the industry to experienced veterans. Student activities and networking events run alongside the conference.
