BUDMA 2027

BUDMA, the International Construction and Architecture Fair in Poznań, is one of the most important construction industry events in Poland and Europe, now in its 35th year. Each January it brings trade representatives, experts, architects and investors from dozens of countries to see product premieres and the latest building technologies.

Main themes in 2027

The 2027 exhibition and programme are organised around six themes, with the new PREFTEC centre for modern prefabrication.

• Functional interiors and friendly urban spaces

Who attends

Contractors and tradespeople are the largest domestic visitor group (29%), followed by trade and distribution (28%), general contractors, investors and developers (25%), and architects, engineers and urban planners (18%). The Hosted Buyers programme brings foreign buyers to meet Polish manufacturers; the largest foreign groups in 2026 came from Germany and the Baltic states.

Alongside the fair

A BUDMA ticket also admits visitors to the co-located WinDoor-tech, STONE and Progetto Fuoco fairs. The MTP Group Gold Medal and the Acanthus Aureus competition recognise innovative products and stands.
