POLAGRA 2027

POLAGRA presents the entire food industry in one place at the Poznań International Fair, run by Grupa MTP. The 2027 edition in September brings food producers, food technology suppliers and HoReCa specialists together with retailers, distributors and caterers, and a ticket also gives entry to the co-located TAROPAK packaging fair.

Fair zones

The exhibition is organised into three themed zones.

• FOOD ZONE: food and drink products
• FOODTECH ZONE: processing technology and equipment
• HORECA ZONE: solutions for hotels, restaurants and catering

Business programme

A Hosted Buyers programme built around reverse export brings foreign buyers to meet Polish manufacturers. The 2026 edition launched the Africa Food & Trade Forum on Poland–Africa cooperation, and debates, training and lectures by industry experts run alongside the exhibition.

Co-located with TAROPAK

POLAGRA runs together with TAROPAK, the International Fair of Packaging and Labelling Technology, so food and HoReCa professionals can cover packaging suppliers on the same visit.
