Care Show London 2027

Care Show London is the capital's largest event for the care sector, the spring sister show of Care Show Birmingham, run by CloserStill Media at ExCeL London. Over two days, care providers hear from regulators, policymakers, sector leaders and people with lived experience, and look for practical solutions to take back to their business.

Why it matters

The organiser frames the 2027 show around the issues providers are navigating: a National Care Service, employment rights changes, evolving CQC assessments and rising financial pressures. Sessions and the exhibition are designed to help managers get up to speed on all of them in one place.

Who attends

The show brings together about 3,750 care professionals: owners and managers of care homes and homecare services, registered managers, commissioners and other social care decision-makers, alongside suppliers to the sector.

• Care home and homecare owners and managers
• Registered managers and care leaders
• Local authority and public sector staff
• Suppliers of care technology, services and equipment

What's on

Conference theatres run hours of education and training alongside an exhibition of care suppliers, with partner organisations from across social care such as the Social Care Institute for Excellence, the Homecare Association, Care England and the Care Quality Commission listed among the show's partners.
