China Fisheries & Seafood Expo 2026 (CFSE)

China Fisheries & Seafood Expo (CFSE) is the seafood industry's main trade meeting in Asia and, by the organizer's measure, the largest seafood show in the world. First held in Qingdao in 1996 at the invitation of China's Ministry of Agriculture, it has been based in Qingdao since 2015 and moved to the Hongdao International Convention and Exhibition Center in 2019. The 2026 show is the 29th edition.

Seafood importers and exporters, distributors, retailers and grocers, e-commerce and foodservice buyers, brokers and traders, plus processing companies, aquaculture producers and fishing fleet operators looking for equipment. The organizer says more than 88% of attendees are managers and purchasing decision-makers.

Why it matters

China has become the world's second largest seafood importer, and CFSE is where overseas producers meet Chinese buyers to sign contracts and track market trends. The CFSE Global Marketplace lets visitors browse the exhibitor directory online before and after the show.
