About this event
südback is one of Europe's leading trade fairs for the bakery and confectionery trades, held by Messe Stuttgart. It is the meeting point for master bakers, confectioners and their suppliers to exchange ideas and see new equipment, ingredients and shop concepts, and is backed by BÄKO, the Bäckerinnungsverband Südwest and the confectioners' guild of Baden-Württemberg.
