Cityscape Qatar 2026 is a Realstate & Construction event taking place 27-29 Oct 2026 at Doha Exhibition & Convention Center (DECC), Doha, Qatar.
Cityscape Qatar is the Informa Markets real estate exhibition for the Qatari market, bringing master developers, investors, homebuyers, consultants and financiers together to compare live projects and do deals. The 2026 edition runs for three days at DECC in West Bay and hosts the 4th Qatar Real Estate Forum, where government leaders, developers and investors discuss where Qatar's property market is heading.

The show floor is built around live projects rather than brochures: developers present master plans, scale models and pricing, and an investor matching service points visitors to the stands most relevant to their goals.

4th Qatar Real Estate Forum
The forum opens on 27 October with a ministerial keynote on Qatar's investment outlook, a dialogue with main sponsors Qatari Diar and Qetaifan Projects, and panels in Arabic and English on regulation, diversification, ESG, global capital flows and retail and hospitality. Day one closes with the Qatar Real Estate Awards ceremony in the evening; the programme continues on days two and three.
