Event recap

Dreamforce 2026, Salesforce's annual conference, ran from 15 to 17 September at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. The headline launch was AIforce, a layer that carries Salesforce data, workflows and permissions into the tools people already use, delivered through Claudeforce (an open beta that brings Salesforce into Claude), new Slackforce surfaces in Slack and the generally available Agentforce Coworker. Salesforce also introduced Koa, its first CRM-specific reasoning model, built on NVIDIA's Nemotron, along with a set of named Agentforce agents, each designed for a specific business role.
