Monday 30 November 12:00–18:00, Tuesday 1 December 12:00–18:30, Wednesday 2 December 09:30–18:00 and Thursday 3 December 09:30–15:00.

How much does registration cost?

Industry NTSA/NDIA members pay $775 until November 13, 2026 and $825 after; industry non-members pay $875 and $925. Registration is complimentary for U.S. DoD civilians and active-duty military, and U.S. government non-DoD civilians can register free or pay $350 for the full conference package.

What does full registration include?

Exhibit floor access during open hours, all tutorials, special events, paper sessions and Thursday workshops, plus lunches, the banquet, meeting materials and CEU processing on request.

I/ITSEC attendance and participation is open to Five Eyes (FVEY) partners, NATO member countries, and nations that profess neutrality.

About This Event

I/ITSEC 2026 is a Technology event taking place 30 Nov - 3 Dec 2026 at Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, United States.

The Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) is the world's largest event dedicated to modeling, simulation and training (MS&T). 2026 opening ceremony keynotes

The Opening Ceremonies on Tuesday 1 December feature an industry keynote from Brandon Tseng, President and Co-Founder of Shield AI, and a featured government keynote from Hon. Amy Henninger, Director, Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E).
