About this event

EquipHotel is the international trade show for the hotel, restaurant and hospitality industry, organised by RX France at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The 2026 edition, themed Hospitality in Motion, brings investors, owners, operators and specifiers together with suppliers across four universes to equip, design and run hospitality businesses.

More than 100 conferences and networking events run over the four days. The 2026 programme opens with a keynote by Henri Giscard d'Estaing on Tuesday 3 November, and the final day hosts HITEC Paris, focused on hospitality technology, and the Commercial Strategy Forum Paris.
