Event Tech Live London 2026

Event Tech Live is a conference and exhibition dedicated entirely to event technology, now in its 13th year. The London edition brings event organisers, marketers, agencies, venues, brands, technology providers and investors to ExCeL London for two days of live product demos, launches and talks, with a curated Hosted Buyer Programme and structured networking.

Four stages

The 2026 agenda runs across four stages, with first-wave speakers from Terrapin, Informa, Easyfairs, George P. Johnson, Hemming Group, Clarion Events and CI Group.

The organiser says 86% of attendees hold purchasing authority and more than 1,000 visitors manage annual event technology budgets of £100,000 or more. Around 3,000+ event professionals attend, and the Event Tech Awards and side events run around the show.
