EXPO REAL 2026

EXPO REAL is Messe München's International Trade Fair for Real Estate, Investment and Infrastructure, and one of the industry's key annual meeting points. Over three days in Munich, developers, investors, financiers, municipalities and service providers meet at stands, lounges and conference forums to do business and read the market. The 2026 edition adds a dedicated forum for investable infrastructure and continues the Transform & Beyond area on the industry's future.

Conference programme

The 2026 programme features more than 200 panels and over 650 speakers across nine stages and forums, with geopolitics, infrastructure and transformation as headline themes.

Headline sessions

Announced highlights include a panel of international investors on Europe's attractiveness on 5 October at 11:00, an economic outlook by Prof. Dr. Moritz Schularick of the Kiel Institute, and a talk on geopolitical risks by Wolfgang Ischinger, long-time Chairman of the Munich Security Conference, on 6 October at 11:00.

What the ticket includes

All visitor tickets include access to the conference programme, Transform & Beyond formats, networking events and guided tours, the app with appointment scheduling, on-site lounges and a Munich public transport (MVV) ticket for the day of the visit.
