F Istanbul 2027 - Food & Beverage Exhibition

F Istanbul is a professionals-only trade exhibition for the food and beverage industry, held at the Istanbul Expo Center in Yeşilköy. The 2027 edition, billed as the 6th, spreads over about 70,000 m² of halls organised by theme, from finished food products to the machinery and packaging used to make them.

Exhibition halls

Product groups are arranged in thematic halls to make the show easier to navigate.

• Food & beverage, nuts & dried fruits, snacks, ingredients and FMCG (Halls 2, 4, 5)
• Biscuits, chocolate and confectionery (Halls 4, 8)
• Food & beverage processing and packaging machinery (Halls 6, 7)
• Packaging materials (Hall 5)

Visitor policy

The fair is for business professionals only and is not open to visitors under 18. Pre-registration is encouraged; visitors who have not registered need a business card at the entrance. Hosted buyer and visa support programmes are offered.

Key figures

The organizer reports 1,000+ direct and indirect exhibitors from 18 countries, and for the 2025 edition 12,134 registered visitors from 109 countries making 22,092 visits.
