Facilities & Estates Management Live 2026

Facilities & Estates Management Live is a two-day exhibition and seminar programme dedicated purely to facilities and estates practitioners, run by the team behind the Facilities Management Journal (FMJ). The 2026 edition takes over the Main Hall of London's Business Design Centre, combining exhibition stands from FM service providers and product suppliers with expert-led content that earns attendees CPD points.

Seminar programme

Following the first edition, 2026 adds a third theatre. Talks cover the issues shaping the sector, drawing on FMJ's two decades of reporting on the FM market.

• Keynote Theatre
• Innovations Theatre
• The Hub
• Meeting ESG and net zero goals
• Real estate challenges of a hybrid workforce
• AI and data in FM service delivery
