FDIC International 2027

FDIC International is the largest training event and gathering of fire and rescue professionals in North America, held each spring at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. The 2027 edition runs from 12 to 17 April with Hands-on Training (H.O.T.) evolutions, pre-conference workshops, classroom sessions, specialist summits and an exhibit hall spanning the convention center, the stadium and an outdoor demo area.

Training and education

Monday to Wednesday focus on hands-on learning, followed by classroom sessions from Wednesday through Saturday.

Exhibit hall

The exhibition fills the Indiana Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, the connector hall and an outdoor exhibits and demo area. It opens Thursday 15 April and closes at 1pm on Saturday 17 April.

The organizer reports that the 2026 edition set a record with more than 38,000 attendees and over 850 exhibitors.
