About this event

Food & Hospitality Vietnam (FHV) has connected international food, drink and hospitality suppliers with the Vietnamese market since 2004. From 2027 it becomes an annual show, held at SECC in Ho Chi Minh City by Informa Markets. It covers the whole HoReCa chain, from imported and specialty food and beverages to kitchen equipment, hotel supplies and restaurant technology, and runs national competitions for chefs, baristas and housekeeping teams.
