Can non-exhibiting manufacturers attend?

Yes, for a fee. Non-exhibiting manufacturers and manufacturer representatives pay a higher rate depending on deadlines, with a limit of five people per non-exhibiting manufacturer.

Are tickets refundable?

No. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, and attendee substitutions are not allowed. Visa letters can be requested through the registration portal.
