How much does registration cost?

Member distributors pay $725 each for the first two registrations and $525 for additional ones; non-member distributors pay $1,125 and $875. Non-exhibiting suppliers pay $4,190 (member) or $7,390 (non-member) for two registrations per company.

What does registration include?

The receptions, the Opening Keynote, the Industry Outlook & Awards Presentation, breakfasts and networking lunches Tuesday to Thursday, the Product Expo & Happy Hour, and (for distributors and exhibiting suppliers) the pre-scheduled One-on-One Business Meetings.

Who can visit the Product Expo?

The Product Expo is open only to attending distributors. Suppliers must secure a booth before registering as a supplier.

At the Gaylord Texan, which sells out early, or the SpringHill Suites Dallas DFW Airport North/Grapevine; book the latter by December 17, 2026 for the group rate. HDAW warns that third-party housing brokers are not authorised.

HDAW is owned and operated by the Auto Care Association, the Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network (CVSN) and MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers, and presented by a joint operating committee including the Association of Diesel Specialists, HDA Truck Pride, APRA's Heavy Duty Remanufacturing Group, the International Truck Parts Association, Power Heavy Duty and VIPAR Heavy Duty.
