IBTM Asia Pacific 2027

IBTM Asia Pacific is a new regional marketplace for the business events and meetings industry from RX, the organiser of IBTM World in Barcelona. Its 2027 edition takes place at BITEC in Bangkok, connecting event planners from across Asia Pacific with destinations, venues, hotels and suppliers through curated matchmaking and pre-scheduled meetings.

How it works

Exhibitors showcase their brand in a pan-regional marketplace and meet planners through pre-scheduled appointments, while buyers source destinations, venues, hotels and suppliers matched to their events. Eligible planners can join as hosted buyers.
