ICA Conference & Exhibition 2026 (49th Edition)

The ICA Conference & Exhibition is the annual meeting of the Interarab Cambist Association, the Arab world's gathering of treasury, foreign exchange and capital markets professionals. Its 49th edition comes to Cairo, hosted by ACI Egypt, a national member of ACI Financial Markets Association, and held under the auspices of the Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt. The theme is "Where Treasury, Markets & AI shape the future".

Programme

The conference is single-track and runs over three days: registration and a welcome cocktail on Thursday 5 November, then two days of keynotes and panels. The organisers have published the outline of the panels and say the final running order will be sent to registered delegates before the event.

Who attends

ICA brings together bank treasurers, FX and money-market dealers, central bankers, finance ministry officials, economists, asset managers and the technology vendors that serve trading floors across the Arab world and beyond. Speakers confirmed for 2026 include the Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt, Egypt's Minister of Finance, Baroness Minouche Shafik and chief economists and strategists from Citi, Jefferies, BNY, Société Générale, BofA, Emirates NBD and EFG Hermes.

Exhibition and partners

An exhibition runs alongside the sessions, and the 2026 edition is backed by Egypt's largest banks and international market infrastructure providers. Lead partners are Arab African International Bank, Banque Misr, Commercial International Bank and National Bank of Egypt, with Mashreq as Diamond partner and Murex as Gold partner.

Venue

Sessions take place at the Giza Palace Hotel & Spa in Sheikh Zayed, West Cairo. The Crowne Plaza West Cairo at Arkan is the second official delegate hotel, and both offer a negotiated ICA delegate rate.
