Independent Hotel Show London 2026

The Independent Hotel Show is the business event for the luxury and boutique hotel community, run by Montgomery Group at Olympia London in partnership with James Hallam Insurance Brokers. Over two days, hotel owners, operators and interior designers meet handpicked suppliers, hear from industry speakers and connect with peers. The 2026 theme is "Shaping Tomorrow: Where Innovation Meets Independent Spirit".

Seminar programme

More than 35 seminar sessions run across three stages, covering hotel design, operations, technology and the business of running an independent hotel. Visitors book sessions after registering.

Exhibition

More than 200 exhibiting brands show products and services for independent hotels, from guest amenities, furniture, textiles and art to property management systems, AI tools, security and energy solutions. Exhibitors in 2026 include Agilysys, BRITA, Access Hospitality, BWH Hotels GB, Bunzl Rafferty Guest Amenities and the AA and VisitEngland Assessment Services.

Who attends

The show is trade only and aimed at senior decision-makers: owners, general managers and operators of luxury, boutique and independent hotels, plus interior designers. The organizer counts more than 3,000 buyers over the two days, 200+ exhibiting brands and 100+ speakers. The Independent Hotel Show Awards, including Independent Hotel of the Year and Hotel Rising Star, are presented after show hours.
