ISS World Middle East and Africa 2026

ISS World Middle East and Africa is TeleStrategies' regional training conference and trade show for the people who run electronic surveillance, lawful interception and cyber crime investigations. Over three days, law enforcement officers, intelligence analysts, telecom operators and financial crime investigators see the methods and tools used against trafficking, terrorism, money laundering and other crime carried out over phone networks, the internet and social media.

Programme tracks

The agenda is split into training seminars and product presentation tracks. Seminars are led by law enforcement officers and PhD scientists and add up to about 20 classroom hours.

Who can attend

Attendance is by invitation. Telecom service providers, government employees, law enforcement agencies and vendors of interception, network, security or investigative products are invited. Tracks 2 to 7 are restricted to sworn law enforcement officers and military, intelligence or government staff, who must register by 25 September 2026 so their eligibility can be checked; a government photo ID is needed for classroom access. Registrations from sanctioned countries and parties are cancelled.

Exhibition

Vendors of interception, data fusion, OSINT and forensic tools exhibit alongside the sessions. The exhibit hall is open on Wednesday 7 October from 10:00 to 18:00 and on Thursday 8 October from 09:15 to 13:30.
