February 2–4, 2027, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, co-located with the NAHB International Builders' Show as Design & Construction Week.

What are the expo floor hours?

The KBIS expo floor is open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, February 2–4, 2027. VFTI conference sessions run 9:00 AM–5:15 PM on Tuesday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM on Wednesday and 9:00 AM–1:45 PM on Thursday.

KBIS is open to industry professionals only. Children under 18 may attend with complimentary on-site registration and must be supervised at all times.

Does a KBIS badge include the International Builders' Show?

Yes. Because KBIS co-locates with IBS as Design & Construction Week, KBIS registration gives access to both show floors.

Are registrations refundable?

No. KBIS registration fees for expo and conference passes are final and non-refundable. NKBA members receive discounted rates, and rates rise in stages: September rates to Sept 30, early rates Oct 1–Dec 11, 2026, regular rates Dec 12–Jan 30, and onsite rates from Jan 31, 2027.

About This Event

KBIS 2027 – Kitchen & Bath Industry Show is a Realstate & Construction event taking place 2-4 Feb 2027 at Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, United States.

The Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) is the National Kitchen & Bath Association's annual trade show and North America's largest event dedicated to kitchen and bath design. KBIS 2027 returns to the Las Vegas Convention Center, co-located with the NAHB International Builders' Show (IBS) as Design & Construction Week (DCW), so a KBIS registration also opens the IBS show floor.

Education: Voices from the Industry

The Voices from the Industry (VFTI) conference runs across all three days with CEU-eligible sessions led by industry leaders. The conference pass also includes three days of entry to the KBIS and IBS exhibit floors and access to select recorded sessions through the end of 2027.
