What are the expo hours?

Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday, November 8 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

How much does registration cost?

The Premier Pass is $575 for members or $675 for non-members through October 4, then $625 / $725 from October 5 onsite. A Day Pass is $260 / $300 and an Expo Pass is $150 / $195.

Do I have to be a NAR member to attend?

No. Non-members can register, but NAR members get reduced registration rates.

What is the cancellation policy?

Written cancellations received by October 23, 2026 are refunded less a $35 processing fee; no refunds after that. Transfers must be requested by October 30, 2026.

About This Event

NAR NXT 2026 is a Realstate & Construction event taking place 6-8 Nov 2026 at Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, New Orleans, United States.

NAR NXT is the annual conference of the National Association of REALTORS®, bringing agents, brokers and the companies that serve them together for three days of general sessions, education tracks and one of the largest real estate trade shows in the country. NAR NXT Expo
