About this event

REBUILD is the leading event in Spain for off-site construction, digitalisation and sustainability in building, and positions itself as the largest innovation forum for transforming the construction industry. Organised by Nebext, the 2027 edition returns to IFEMA MADRID for three days of exhibition, congress, awards and start-up pitches.

Advanced Architecture & Construction 4.0 Congress

The congress presents outstanding projects and success stories in off-site construction, digitalisation and decarbonisation, with six vertical forums and ten agendas by professional profile.

Verticals for residential, hotels, retail, healthcare, offices and public administration
Agendas for developers, builders, architects, technical architects, engineers, installers and interior designers

Exhibition, awards and start-ups

The exhibition shows new sustainable materials, emerging technologies and innovative 2D and 3D construction systems. The REBUILD Awards recognise the most innovative construction projects, and the Contech Startup Forum runs a start-up competition.

The organiser reports more than 36,000 developers, builders, architects, quantity surveyors, engineers, interior designers and installers, more than 5,600 new building projects looking for an industrial partner, and more than 725 expert speakers.
