GENERA 2026

GENERA, IFEMA MADRID's International Fair of Energy and Environment, is the largest commercial platform for Spain's energy industry, supported by the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE). The 2026 edition runs from 24 to 26 November 2026 as part of the International Electrification and Decarbonisation Week, which links GENERA with the MATELEC electrical industry fair.

The multi-sector event brings the GENERA and MATELEC trade fairs together under one roof, complemented by a conference designed to give companies and professionals strategic insight. Around 500 companies had confirmed participation six months before the event.

A professional pass gives access to over 120 conferences and events on energy, decarbonisation and electrification, and GENERA pass holders get free entry to MATELEC.
