SAIE Bologna 2026

SAIE is Italy's longest-running construction exhibition, organised by Senaf (Gruppo Tecniche Nuove). The fair now alternates between its historic home in Bologna and Bari, and the 2026 Bologna edition brings manufacturers, distributors, designers, contractors, installers and public bodies together around design, construction and plant engineering, with a renewed focus on the construction site itself.

What you will find

The show is built around four theme-based exhibitions plus special initiatives on the topics the sector is debating.

• Design and digitalisation
• Construction materials and systems
• Plant engineering and building services
• Machinery and equipment for the construction site
• Demo areas with live applications and new building techniques
• Conferences, technical training and association initiatives

Who attends

SAIE targets companies, manufacturers, distributors, designers, applicators, skilled workers and installers, together with technical offices and central and local government. Its community of more than 300,000 trade professionals has been built over 55 editions, with technical and professional associations bringing their members to dedicated initiatives.

Visiting

The visitor ticket is free for trade professionals after online registration and is valid on all four days for the exhibition, the special initiatives and the conferences. SAIE does not issue personalised visa invitation letters, but the ticket and registration confirmation can support a visa application.
