SECON 2027

SECON (International Security Exhibition & Conference) is the annual security trade show at KINTEX, held for the 26th time in 2027 together with eGISEC, its e-government and information security exhibition. Organised by Korea's Ministry of Science and ICT and run by the SECON & eGISEC Organising Committee, it connects government and public-sector buyers, end users and suppliers of physical and cyber security solutions.

Exhibit profile

The show floor covers physical, cyber and convergence security.

• Video surveillance: IP and thermal cameras, VMS, NVR/DVR, video analytics, LPR
• AI security: AI CCTV, deepfake detection, AI-based zero trust, XDR and EDR
• Smart city security and IoT security
• Industrial and OT security: maritime, railway, automotive and ICS security
• Access control: biometrics, face recognition, perimeter security, security gates

Conferences (expected)

More than 160 conferences and seminars are expected, including the e-Government Information Security Conference 2027, Security World Conference 2027 (Korean-English interpretation), Quantum Security Forum 2027, Integrated CCTV Control Conference 2027, the 11th Aviation Security Symposium and the 2027 International Conference on Counter-Terrorism.

Scale and programmes

The organiser expects more than 400 exhibitors, 30,000 sqm and over 30,000 visitors in Halls 3 to 5. Concurrent programmes include a hosted buyer programme, business matching with an exhibitor digital showroom, exhibitor technical seminars and a K-ICT Startup Pavilion.
