Techne Summit Alexandria 2026

Techne Summit Alexandria is the ecosystem edition of Techne Summit, a startup, investment and innovation gathering held at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina. Organized by Markade under the auspices of Egypt's Ministries of Communications, Investment and Foreign Trade, and Finance, and in strategic partnership with Meta, ITIDA and Startup Egypt, it brings together founders, investors, corporates, talent and ecosystem enablers. It follows Techne Summit Cairo (26–27 September 2026), a smaller policy and capital-focused event.

Beyond the stage sessions, the summit runs an exhibition of startups and corporates, workshops, meet & greet sessions with speakers, startup competitions, investor activities including a Capital Connect programme and investor-only networking, and AI-assisted meeting scheduling for Business pass holders.

The organizer cites 55,000+ attendees from 70+ countries, 450+ speakers and 150+ investors across Techne Summit, with the Alexandria edition drawing over 45,000 attendees.
