Tuesday 6 October 10:00–17:00 and Wednesday 7 October 10:00–16:00, with conference delegates admitted from 08:45.

Is the exhibition free?

Yes. The exhibition and its seminars are free with registration; the conference requires a paid delegate package.

How much does the conference cost?

Delegate packages range from £747 + VAT for one day to £1,785 + VAT for the International Delegate package with two nights' hotel.

The NEC is a five-minute walk from Birmingham International railway station and has over 16,000 parking spaces. The venue is cashless.

About this event

World of Learning is a two-day conference and exhibition for the UK learning and development community, held in Hall 19 at the NEC Birmingham. A paid conference for senior L&D professionals runs alongside a free exhibition of learning platforms, content and training suppliers with free seminars and interactive zones.

Conference

The 2026 programme mixes case studies, interactive presentations, panel debates and workshops on current issues for senior L&D professionals and the future of workplace learning. Delegates get L&D Huddle sessions, a first-time delegate networking breakfast and a networking drinks reception at the end of day one.
