No. Entry is free with a personal entry pass obtained through online registration, which also issues the Golden Card with special rates.

About this event

BI-MU is the international biennial exhibition and Italy's main trade show for the machine tool industry, organised by EFIM with UCIMU-Sistemi per Produrre. The 35th edition, marking 70 years of the show, brings metal cutting and metal forming machines together with robots, additive and digital manufacturing, automation systems, enabling technologies and subcontracting at fieramilano Rho.

Forums, awards and BI-MUpiù

The BI-MUpiù arena in Hall 24 hosts a programme of talks and meetings run by the organisers, exhibitors and industry experts. New this edition are forums on two key user sectors, Aerospace & Defence and Energy, and the first BI-MU FutureTech Award for the most innovative manufacturing solutions. The UCIMU Awards close the show on the final day.

Who attends

The visitor base is specialised and closely involved in purchasing: on the organiser's figures for the 34th edition, over 80% of visitors take part in their company's buying decisions, from SMEs to large groups in automotive, aerospace, energy, appliances, food and luxury manufacturing. Around 100 foreign end-user delegates and journalists are invited with ITA - the Italian Trade Agency.
