About this event

The national congress of SMAAR, the Moroccan Society of Anaesthesia, Analgesia and Intensive Care, is the yearly meeting of the country's anaesthesiologists and intensivists. The 37th edition is held in Marrakech together with the 4th edition of ISICAP by SMAAR, at the Palais des Congrès Mansour Eddahbi, the same society that partnered the 2026 World Congress of Anaesthesiologists in Marrakech.

Who attends

Anaesthesiologists, intensive care physicians, residents, nurse anaesthetists and critical care teams from public and private hospitals across Morocco, together with invited faculty and industry partners in anaesthesia and critical care.

Format

Three days of scientific sessions combining the 37th SMAAR national congress with ISICAP by SMAAR. Registration and accommodation fees are published by the society in a downloadable document, and registration is handled through its online event platform.
