M&I Flagship Marrakech 2027

M&I Flagship is the original and longest-running format of M&I Forums: a hosted-buyer event for the meetings and events industry. Instead of an open trade show, actively sourcing buyers from event agencies, corporates and associations are matched in advance with MICE suppliers for pre-scheduled 1-to-1 meetings, combined with networking and destination experiences. The Marrakech edition brings European and UK buyers to Morocco, with Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech as headline partner.

Who attends

Buyers are event agencies, corporate planners, independent planners and association planners sourcing destinations and venues; the organizer gives the buyer mix as 70% agency, 20% corporate and 10% association. Suppliers are hotels, venues, destinations and destination management companies.

Four-day programme

The event runs from Sunday to Wednesday. Sunday is for arrivals and a welcome dinner. Monday and Tuesday combine pre-scheduled 1-to-1 meetings with lunches, an evening social, a destination discovery programme and a farewell evening. Wednesday closes with a last round of meetings, lunch and departures.

Venue and destination

The headline partner hotel sits in Marrakech's Hivernage district and is directly connected to the Palais des Congrès Marrakech, the city's largest purpose-built congress venue. The hotel has 503 rooms, six restaurants and bars, a spa, three pools and landscaped gardens used for large outdoor receptions.
