About this event

The European Commodities Exchange (ECE) is the yearly meeting of Europe's grain and animal feed trade, held in a different European city each year. The 66th edition comes to Rotterdam, one of Europe's key commodity ports, and brings around 4,000 traders, processors, brokers, shippers, port authorities and financiers together for two days of deal-making and new contacts.

The exchange

The trading floor fills Hall 1 of Rotterdam Ahoy, around 10,000 m², with approximately 100 exhibitors. It opens on the afternoon of 5 November and runs all day on 6 November, giving participants time for scheduled meetings with suppliers, buyers and logistics partners across the commodity chain.

Gala dinner

On the evening of 5 November the gala dinner takes place in the historic Laurenskerk in central Rotterdam, a Gothic church about 30 minutes by public transport from Ahoy. Guests arrive from 19:30, dinner runs from 20:00 to 23:30 and the dress code is festive formal. Gala tickets are sold separately and are not included in stand packages.

Who attends

Companies active in grain, oilseeds and animal feed: traders and merchants, crushers and feed manufacturers, brokers, freight and port companies, inspection firms and banks. Partners of the 2026 edition include major agribusiness and port names.
