About this event

Aero India is the country's flagship biennial aerospace and defence exhibition, organised by the Department of Defence Production of India's Ministry of Defence at Air Force Station Yelahanka in Bengaluru. First held in 1996, the 16th edition in February 2027 combines a large trade exhibition with flying displays and government-level dialogue.

What it offers

The show is a platform for companies to present aerospace systems and defence solutions to defence industry stakeholders, government officials, technology experts and international delegations, and to form partnerships and joint ventures with Indian industry.

Who takes part

Exhibitors range from global aerospace and defence OEMs to Indian businesses, investors, startups and MSMEs, alongside national pavilions from participating countries. The 2025 edition also hosted an IOR+ Defence Ministers' Conclave.

The organizer says exhibitor space requirements are being consolidated to design the layout, and space booking will open once it is finalised, with exhibitors notified through the Aero India website.
