When and where is Black Hat MEA 2026?

1-3 December 2026 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre in Malham, Saudi Arabia. Opening times vary by pass type and will be published closer to the event.

Is there a free pass?

Yes. The Expo pass is free and includes exhibition and Blacksite access, Briefings and Arsenal, the networking app and the metro shuttle to Malham.

What do the paid passes cost?

At standard pricing the Gold pass is $349 (from $399) and the Black pass is $2,499 (from $3,099). Black includes one Black Hat training course. Investor, student and founder passes are also available.

How do I get to the venue?

By car, taxi or rideshare via Al Qassim Road, entering through the Falcon Gate. Eligible pass holders can park at the same entrance, and a Root Bus shuttle runs between the SAB Metro station and Malham.

Is there an age limit or visa requirement?

Attendees must be 18+. Most international visitors need a visa to enter Saudi Arabia and should apply in advance.

About this event

Black Hat Middle East & Africa (Black Hat MEA) is one of the world's largest cybersecurity gatherings, held every year in Riyadh. Produced in association with Black Hat and organised by Tahaluf with the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP), it combines a multi-stage conference, technical training and a large exhibition in three days. It started in 2021 as @HACK before being rebranded.

Who attends

Security leaders, researchers, ethical hackers, enterprise and government security teams, startups and investors. In 2025 the event drew 40,000+ attendees from 130+ countries, 500+ exhibiting brands and 330+ speakers, with 67% of the audience senior decision-makers.
