Standard in-person rates (from Sept. 22) are $1,349 for General Professional Members and $1,499 for nonmembers. Early career and student/trainee rates are lower, virtual registration starts at $299 for members, and Science & Technology Hall only access is $899.

Can I attend virtually?

Yes. Virtual registration covers Late-Breaking Science, the Nobel Laureate Address, Presidential and Opening Sessions, guideline programming, ePosters and sessions in the main streamed rooms, with on-demand replay within 24 hours.

Can I get a visa invitation letter?

Yes. An official letter of invitation is generated in the Registration Resource Center once your registration is confirmed. The AHA advises starting visa applications as early as possible.

Is childcare available?

Yes, childcare is offered at McCormick Place during the meeting. Sign-up closes October 29, 2026.
